By using Cliniqly, you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.

2. Service Description

Cliniqly provides an online website builder specifically designed for dental clinics. You provide your clinic information and we generate a professional website. The service is provided on a subscription basis.

3. Subscription & Payments

The Cliniqly Pro plan is billed monthly at the price displayed on our pricing page. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and your website will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you provide to Cliniqly (clinic info, photos, descriptions). You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any content you upload. We will not use your content for purposes other than providing the service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Cliniqly only for lawful purposes related to promoting your dental practice. You may not use the service to distribute malware, spam, or misleading health claims.

6. Limitation of Liability

Cliniqly is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
